It was my fifth time in Singapore, my first out-of-the-country trip for the year, and my first time to go there without an itinerary. Thanks to my friends, I was able to go to places in SG I haven’t gone before.
Inspired by the Chasing Light workshop I attended shortly before the trip, I decided to buy an ultra-wide angle lens in Hidalgo. I realized I didn’t shoot much landscape pics for the past few times I’ve been to SG, so I decided to take more of them during this trip.
On our first day, I met up with my friend Carl and we strolled around Chinatown, Haji Lane, then had dinner at Ebisboshi at Iluma.
At Haji Lane, which had a row of interesting shops that sell clothes/nifty items:

Dinner:
high-tech menu: haha that’s so old school. “high-tech”. :))
Later in the evening, I met up with my law school friends Chi and Kitch. My friend from high school, Erika, dropped by too. Chi, Erika and I had dessert at an Italian resto somewhere in Clarke Quay.
