Shot with Hyds Valencia and Diane Capili of Imagine Nation Photography
Church: Madre De Dios, Midlands
Reception Venue: Highlander Steakhouse, Tagaytay Highlands
This wedding is memorable for several reasons.
Sieg and Ami’s wedding was one of the many weddings scheduled on 10.10.10. In our studio alone, there were ten weddings booked on that date. I felt like I was a soldier deployed for battle that day. Hehe
It was my first time to shoot two consecutive Tagaytay weddings. I was quite worried that I’d be too tired to shoot the second one (I know, other photographers have had it worse hehe), but I was relieved to find out we had a late call time and it turned out to be a very relaxed wedding from the preps until the end of the reception. There were only less than 60 guests at the reception.
Also, it was unusual in that the church ceremony was scheduled late, it was almost evening when it started. Even a lot of the wedding details are unusual (read on and you’ll see why 🙂 )
Lastly, Sieg and Ami were together for the preps, going against the common Filipino tradition that the bride and groom are forbidden from seeing each other before the church ceremony. It was the coolest preps shoot I’ve had so far. 🙂

Cool wedding topper. Haha:

Such a fun, chill wedding full of laughter 🙂
Congratulations and best wishes, Sieg and Ami! 🙂
